STOP THE CLOSING OF ST. NICHOLAS AVENUE. There is a move afoot to close St. Nicholas Avenue between 115th and 117th Street, eliminating all traffic access. The action would negatively impact the churches in the community, parking access by local residents, the vitality of business located at 100 St. Nicholas Avenue, and effectively close down one of Harlem's family funeral homes, The Trumbo Funeral Home.
