• Our sister church is the East Ward Missionary Baptist Church, where Pastor Renee is the Leading Lady and our First Gentleman is the Senior Pastor. We may, from time to time, refer tour groups to East Ward if we are filled to capacity.
• Memorial is a member of the United Missionary Baptist Association, a fellowship of more than 100 Baptist churches in Harlem, the Bronx and Westchester.
• Memorial partners with the National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS for much of its outreach and education efforts.
• One of the world's leading HIV/AIDS organizations, Balm in Gilead, got its start at Memorial.
• Many of our seniors keep healthy by participating in the Harlem Honeys and Bears organization. Check them out.
• A number of recent Memorial college grads have earned degrees in engineering with the help of organizations like the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) and the National Society of Black Engineers.
• Our City Council representative (District 9) is the Honorable Inez Dickens.
• E. Lee White is a renown photographer who photographed Pastor Renee for her official 2009 portrait that graces our welcome page.
• The Federation of Protestant Welfare Agencies connects churches to a world of resources.
• RSVP'ssentials is a graphic design firm responsible for many of Memorial's most memorable posters and flyers. Sister Cynthia Lee-Hinton is the president.
